If you want a parcel left unattended at your property, we may be able to help, but you must be aware that once the item is scanned by the delivery driver as delivered we will not be liable for any loss. This means that, although we will ensure the item is delivered by the driver, we cannot accept any responsibility if the parcel is missing or damaged. We would always recommend signing for the item personally.

- Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- Orders placed on Federal Holiday and Weekend regardless of day or time will begin processing on the following business day
You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.
Delivery, Exchange, Returns
We promise to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note all items must be returned with all tags on as new, unworn. Your item should be returned in its original packaging. The return shipping fee is pay by the buyers. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item or if your item is unfit for purpose. You MUST request an RMA number. Otherwise, we do not accept return without an RMA number.
Please note the cost of your outgoing postage will not be refunded.
