We offer FREE shipping  for all domestic orders above $199.

Shipments generally arrive in 5 – 7 business

We are proud to work with US Post Office for our deliveries worldwide and domestic. Please be aware that all delivery times stated are guides only and we shall not be liable for any costs incurred for late delivery.

Please be aware that we use tracked delivery services due to the value of most of the items we ship, therefore we require a signature/identification on delivery. If you want a parcel left unattended at your property, we may be able to help, but you must be aware that once the item is scanned by the delivery driver as delivered we will not be liable for any loss. This means that, although we will ensure the item is delivered by the driver, we cannot accept any responsibility if the parcel is missing or damaged. We would always recommend signing for the item personally.

Ivan Troy utilizes USPS shipping methods free shipping for all Domestic above $199 & International $45.

Please allow 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment.

  • Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on Federal Holiday and Weekend regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day

You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at anytime to track your delivery status.

Delivery, Exchange, Returns

We promise to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note all items must be returned with all tags on as new, unworn. Your item should be returned in its original packaging. The return shipping fee is pay by the buyers.  This may not apply if there is a fault with your item or if your item is unfit for purpose. You MUST request an RMA number. Otherwise, we do not accept return without an RMA number.

Please note the cost of your outgoing postage will not be refunded.

Returns by mail

Need a different size, color or style? No problem, just place a new order on our website and send back your original order for a full refund.

International returns

We accept international return however the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Returns can be shipped back to Ivan Troy, Inc. 15235 Cantlay St, Van Nuys, CA 91406

Items must be in same condition as they were received, including original packaging (tissue paper, plastic sleeves, shoe bag). Please use a soft surface (i.e., carpet) to try on your shoes in order to prevent scratches. The soles are hand painted and will scuff as soon as they hit hard surface, including hardwood floors or concrete.

We will not accept damaged product. If you send back shoes with excessive creases or scuffed soles (even if you only wore them inside your house) we will not accept the return. We cannot resell merchandise that is not in like-new condition.

A $25 restocking fee will apply to all returns that are missing original packaging materials, shoe bag or packing slip to identify order and process return.

Customs and TAX

Please note that orders from NON-USA countries have 20% tax deducted at source when you select the country of delivery on our site. Customers may incur some small Duty or Tax payment on delivery depending on your country’s import laws. This is paid to carrier on delivery as they fast track customs by paying the duty for you and there may also be a handling fee. Import duties and handling fees are not Ivan Troy responsibility and we cannot refund any shoes that are returned to us due to non-payment of duty or fees. This is paid to carrier on delivery as they fast track customs by paying the duty for you.
