This means that, although we will ensure the item is delivered by the driver, we cannot accept any responsibility if the parcel is missing or damaged. Delivery, Exchange, Returns
We promise to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note all items must be returned with all tags on as new, unworn. Your item should be returned in its original packaging. The return shipping fee is pay by the buyers.  This may not apply if there is a fault with your item or if your item is unfit for purpose. You MUST request an RMA number. Otherwise, we do not accept return without an RMA number.
Please note the cost of your outgoing postage will not be refunded.
